1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, alert configurations
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers
- Connected Email Account: If you connect your Google or Microsoft email account, its email address and a permission to send email from it (see section 12)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve our Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you alerts, notifications, and service updates
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
- Use activity customers record in the Service (calls, meetings, tasks, opportunities and similar records) in anonymous, aggregated averages shown to other customers as benchmarks, with no customer, company or person identifiable
- Prevent fraud and ensure security
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our Service (payment processing, email delivery, hosting)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized features. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Maps (visualization), and Firebase (authentication and hosting), and, only if you connect one, Gmail or Microsoft Outlook (sending quotes from your own email address, see section 12). These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
12. Connected Google and Microsoft Email Accounts
Connecting an email account is optional. When you choose Connect Google or Connect Microsoft on your profile, you give Inceptivate permission to send email from that account, so the quotes you send come from your own address and land in your own Sent folder. Without a connection, quotes are sent from quotes@inceptivate.com instead.
- What We Access: From Google we ask only for permission to send email on your behalf (the Gmail "send" permission) and your email address; from Microsoft, only permission to send mail, your basic profile and your email address. We never read, search, list, change or delete your email, and the permissions we ask for do not allow it.
- How We Use It: Only to send emails you choose to send: a quote, a follow-up or a template email when you click Send, or the later steps of a campaign you started, which go out from your address on their scheduled day. When you start a campaign, its first step is sent from your address to the contacts you picked when you click Send, and each later step is sent on its scheduled day, a few each minute and within your daily limit. You can remove any single email before it is sent, or stop the campaign, at any time. The quote email is built by Inceptivate from your quote and your email signature; the others are the words you send. Your address appears as the sender. We record on the company's activity that an email was sent, its subject and to whom, and keep the message ID your email provider returns for a quote. We never send email from your account on our own, and the mailbox you connect must be the one for the email address you sign in to Inceptivate with.
- How We Store It: The permission is encrypted and kept on our servers only. It is never shown in the app, sent to your browser or written to our logs.
- Sharing: We do not sell, share or transfer data we receive from your Google or Microsoft account, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. No person at Inceptivate reads it, except with your permission, to investigate security issues, or where the law requires.
- Disconnecting: Click Disconnect on your profile at any time. We delete the stored permission from our servers and, for Google, revoke it at Google. You can also remove Inceptivate from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or from your Microsoft account at myaccount.microsoft.com under Apps. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the stored permission with it.
Inceptivate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No data received through a connected Google or Microsoft mailbox is sent to, or used to train, any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
Email sent through Inceptivate is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
